I decided to hike over there and see if I could get some closer shots. You'd have to cross the bottom of a canyon to go up to the building itself, which I decided not to do, but I still managed to get a good look at the place.
Can you see the Air Force One plane inside the building?
I've lived here for ten years now, and that's the closest I've ever been to the Reagan Library. I guess I should probably visit it someday.
